Subscriptions to PCS Pups newsletters are optional. We may send you marketing emails; we share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all PCS Pups emails also have an unsubscribe link in their footer. You can also email us at hello@pcspups.org to remove your name from our newsletter subscription data base and ensure that you will cease receiving future newsletters from us

PCS Pups does not sell, rent, or exchange its donor list, nor will we send donor mailings on behalf of other unaffiliated organizations unless the donor has given PCS Pups specific permission to do so.

Communications to Children

The PCS Pups Properties are directed at a general audience. We welcome users of all ages, including children under the age of thirteen. Due to our status as a non-profit organization, we are not required to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). However, we strongly encourage our users aged thirteen and under to use our services only with parental consent.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of personally-identifiable information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
